Although it contains no shimmer particles, Zeugma displays an exceptionally rich and dynamic color character across different paper types. When first applied, the ink resembles deep red wine tones; as it dries and the viewing angle changes, green-leaning reflective highlights begin to appear on the surface. This color shift adds depth, vibrancy, and a striking visual presence to your writing.

Thanks to its Extreme Sheen formulation, the effect becomes most pronounced on high-quality, well-coated papers with good sheen performance. On low-absorbency and smooth surfaces, the ink remains on the paper longer, delivering a strong and glossy sheen. Since it is shimmer-free, it can be used comfortably even with EF and F nibs, without flow issues or clogging.

Diamine Inks
